Facebook and Instagram sometimes ask you to confirm your identity before they accept new posts. Until you do, Sonny's posts to that platform fail, while your other platforms keep posting.
👀 What you see in Marblism
Open Sonny, click Settings, then Social Accounts. Facebook or Instagram shows Action needed, with a note asking you to log in to the platform and check your account status.
✅ How to fix it
Open the Facebook app and log in as an admin of the Page you connected to Sonny. If the warning is on Instagram, open the Instagram app with the account you connected.
Follow the prompts to confirm your identity. No prompt? Open Account Status in the app's settings or help section: it shows what's needed.
Come back to Sonny. Nothing else is needed: the warning clears once Sonny's next post to that platform goes through. Re-linking the account doesn't help here: only Facebook or Instagram can lift the check.
💡 If Sonny's settings say "Your account connection is suspended." instead, finish the identity check first, then contact support. See Why did my social media account get suspended?
