When Sonny can't post to one of your social accounts, his settings tell you why. Open Sonny, click Settings, then Social Accounts. You'll see one of three messages, and each one has its own fix.
🔄 Reconnect: the link to a platform stopped working
The platform shows Reconnect, with a note asking you to re-link it. This happens when the platform stops accepting the link, for example after you removed Marblism's access on the platform, or when the platform asks you to sign in again.
Fix it: click Add or Remove Accounts, sign in to that platform again, and accept every permission it asks for.
✋ Action needed: the platform wants something from you
The platform shows Action needed. Facebook or Instagram has asked you to confirm your identity, has blocked posts for breaking its Community Standards, or has restricted the account. Only the platform can lift this: rewriting the post or re-linking the account won't help. Repeated blocks can get the whole connection suspended.
Fix it: log in to that platform and open Account Status in its settings or help section. It shows the reason, what to do, and how to appeal. For identity checks, see How do I confirm my identity on Facebook so Sonny can post?
Then: the warning goes away by itself once Sonny's next post to that platform goes through. Your other platforms keep posting in the meantime.
⛔ Suspended: Sonny can't post anywhere
Sonny's settings say "Your account connection is suspended." While the connection is suspended, no post goes out on any platform, and the connect buttons won't open. It happens when a social network cuts the link on its side, for example after an identity check it asked for, after repeated blocks for breaking its rules, or after a password change. Sonny may also message you that an account needs re-linking: while the connection is suspended, start with the steps below.
Fix it: log in to your social accounts, starting with Facebook and Instagram, and complete anything they ask for. Then click Contact support in that message, and tell us which account is affected and what you saw. A suspension doesn't clear by itself: our team restores the connection once the platform's issue is resolved.
Then: if a platform shows Reconnect or isn't connected anymore, re-link it with Add or Remove Accounts.
💡 Social networks decide when to restrict an account. To keep yours in good standing, follow each network's rules, and avoid repetitive posts, posting too often, and link shorteners.
