Go to Company → Description.
This is where you can write everything your AI Employees should know about your business, such as:

  • What does your company do?

  • What products or services do you offer?

  • How does your pricing work?

This section acts as the shared knowledge base for all your AI Employees — it helps them understand your business context and answer questions consistently.

💬 AI Employee Guidelines

Each AI Employee also has its own Guidelines — these are like personalized knowledge bases that define their tone, style, and behavior.

For example:
You wouldn’t want your AI to write the same way in an email as it does on social media or in a blog post. Guidelines let you tailor each AI Employee’s communication style to fit their specific role.
