Every call Rachel handles is saved with a recording and a summary.
Open the Calls tab
Open Rachel and click the Calls tab.
Search by phone number or use Filters to find a call.
Open any call to read the summary and listen to the recording.
You can also just ask Rachel in chat to pull up a recent call.
