If you no longer want Rachel to forward incoming calls directly to your phone, you can easily disable the call transfer feature in just a few clicks.
Open Rachel’s settings
Go to your Marblism dashboard.
Select Rachel from your list of AI agents.
Edit call transfer settings
Click on Edit
Locate the Call Transfer toggle.
Disable the Feature
Switch the toggle off.
Rachel will now stop transferring calls to your number.
What happens next:
Rachel can still answer and handle your calls, take messages, and log them in the Marblism platform.
You’ll still be able to access call summaries and conversation details without your phone ringing.
Pro Tip:
If you want to temporarily stop call transfers, simply turn the toggle off and switch it back on when you’re ready to receive calls again.
