How Stan Protects Your Sender Reputation (Daily Sending Limits)

Stan is built to generate leads and send outreach at scale, but smart outreach means protecting your sender reputation as much as it means reaching new contacts. That's why Stan has some limits designed to keep your emails out of the spam folders.

What are Stan's sending limits?

  • Maximum emails per day: 200 (across all campaigns).

  • Minimum gap between emails: about 1 every 5 minutes.

  • LinkedIn connection invites per day: up to 20.

  • Sending window: your daily run window — a fixed 1-hour window in your workspace timezone, set in Settings. Emails start there and then trickle out through the day.

These limits mirror how a real salesperson sends — steady, human-paced — which is what keeps you out of spam folders.

Why does this matter?

Mailbox providers flag senders who blast large volumes all at once. By capping daily volume and spacing sends ~5 minutes apart, Stan protects your domain's reputation and keeps your emails landing in the inbox.

What if I need to send more?

These caps are fixed for deliverability — they do not change with your plan, and that's intentional. To reach more people, spread outreach across more days or connect additional sending inboxes. (Your plan's capacity affects how many leads Stan can source and enrich each month — not these daily send caps.)
