Should I Upgrade Stan's Capacity?

Stan is asking me to upgrade his capacity. Is it a good idea?

Written by Chris Toscano

From time to time Stan will mention he could do more with more capacity. Here's how to decide.

What "capacity" means

Capacity is how much work your AI team can do each month — shared across all your agents, not just Stan. Every time Stan sources, enriches, or contacts a lead, he uses a little of it.

What uses Stan's capacity

  • Sourcing new leads that match your targeting.

  • Enriching leads (finding verified emails).

  • Contacting leads through your campaigns.

When it makes sense to upgrade

  • Stan runs out of capacity before the month ends and pauses work.

  • You want more leads sourced and contacted per day.

  • You're adding more campaigns or more of your AI team is active.

When you shouldn't

  • You're still finishing setup (targeting, connected inbox) — dial those in first.

  • You're hitting the daily send caps (200 emails / 20 invites). Those are fixed for deliverability and more capacity won't raise them.
