From time to time, Stan will let you know that he could do more with a higher capacity tier. But is it actually worth it? Here's everything you need to know to make that call.
Stan's Three Tiers at a Glance
Stan comes in three experience levels, each with its own monthly lead volume:
Tier | Leads/month | Leads/task | Cost |
Junior | Up to 300 | Up to 10 | Included in base plan |
Associate | Up to 750 | Up to 30 | $29/month |
Stan Executive | Up to 2,000 | Up to 70 | $69/month |
You can find Stan's outreach capacity in the Settings section.
When It Makes Sense to Upgrade
Upgrading Stan is worth it when your ambition is outgrowing your current limits. Here are the clearest signs:
✅ You need more volume. If your target market is large and your current plan only reaches a fraction of it each month, a higher tier lets you fill your pipeline with thousands of leads instead of hundreds.
✅ You're constantly hitting your daily limit. Every tier has a daily output cap. If Stan keeps running out of runway before the day is done, upgrading removes that bottleneck.
✅You're scaling up complexity. Running multiple niches or aggressive outreach campaigns at once? Basic capacity won't cut it for a full-scale operation.
✅ Your limits are costing you deals. If you're waiting for a monthly reset and losing warm opportunities in the meantime, the upgrade pays for itself.

When You Should NOT Upgrade
More capacity isn't always the answer. Here's when upgrading won't solve your problem:
❌ You're not happy with lead quality. Upgrading Stan gives you more leads, not better ones. If the leads you're getting aren't the right fit, fix your filters and targeting parameters first. More of the wrong leads won't help.
❌ You want more active sequences. Each Stan can only run one active sequence per workspace, regardless of tier. Upgrading won't unlock additional sequences.
❌You're hoping for new lead sources. All tiers use the same lead sources. Upgrading Stan changes how many leads he can find, not where he looks for them.
⚠️ The tiers affect volume, not quality, sources, or the number of sequences. If those are your pain points, upgrading isn't the fix.
