How to control what Stan sends and when?

Stan is designed to move fast, but you're always in the driver's seat. This article explains how campaigns get triggered, how to review what Stan is planning to send, and how to make sure nothing goes out without your sign-off.

Every campaign has three simple switches that decide exactly what Stan does — and when.

The three switches

  • Sourcing — when on (and the campaign has targeting), Stan finds new leads for it every day.

  • Auto-approve — when on, new leads start outreach automatically; when off, each new lead waits for your approval first.

  • Outreach — the master switch. Nothing is sent until Outreach is on.

💡 A campaign never contacts anyone just by existing. Turn Outreach on when you are ready for Stan to start sending.

Autonomous, or approve-first — your call

Auto-approve on: Stan contacts new leads as soon as they're added — fully hands-off.

Auto-approve off: new leads land as Pending in your Leads table with Approve / Reject buttons. Stan only reaches out once you approve.

When Stan sends

Each day Stan sends during your run window — a fixed 1-hour window in your timezone that you set in Settings. Emails then go out about one every 5 minutes until the day's queue is done; LinkedIn actions are spread out to look natural.

Change anything, anytime

Edit a campaign whenever you like — change the email copy, adjust wait times, or add and remove steps. Changes apply to the next run.
