Rachel's phone number can be in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia or Mexico. You pick the country and the area code in Rachel's setup, at the step "Where are you based?".
The country is the country of Rachel's number. It doesn't have to be where your business is.
Rachel gets a local number. Toll-free and mobile numbers aren't available, and you can't pick the exact digits.
For any other country, setup tells you that Rachel isn't available there.
If your area code isn't available
When you pick an area code, Marblism checks that a number is free. If none is, you see "Area code not available at this time. Try again later or contact support." and you can't continue with that code.
Pick a nearby area code, or try again later. In the United States and Canada, numbers free up over time.
In the United Kingdom, Australia and Mexico, the numbers come from our own stock. Ask us in the chat, and we can add numbers for your area code.
If your area code isn't in the list at all, ask us in the chat.
The number is bought when you finish Rachel's setup. If Rachel then tells you she couldn't get a number, contact us in the chat.
