Using Eva’s Meeting Notetaker

Eva, your AI Executive Assistant, can now join your meetings, take detailed notes, and send you summaries. This feature helps you capture every important detail without the distraction of note-taking, so you can focus on the conversation.

What does the Meeting Notetaker do?

When enabled, Eva will:

  • Join your scheduled online meetings (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams).

  • Listen and take real-time notes during the conversation.

  • Summarise the discussion into clear, structured meeting notes.

  • Use the meeting notes to improve the accuracy of her email drafts (up to 70% more precise).

How do I enable the Meeting Notetaker?

  1. Go to Eva

    • From your Marblism dashboard, click on Eva in your AI Employees list.

  2. Open Settings

    • Click Settings in the top right corner of Eva’s profile.

  3. Enable Meeting Notetaker

    • Scroll down to the Meeting NoteTaker section.

    • Toggle the switch ON.

  4. Connect Your Account

    • Follow the prompts to connect your meeting platform account (Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams).

  5. You’re All Set!

    Once enabled, Eva will be ready to join and take notes for your scheduled meetings.

Tips for Best Results

  • Schedule meetings through your connected calendar so Eva can automatically detect and join them.

  • Let participants know Eva will be taking notes for transparency.

  • Review Eva’s notes after each meeting to make adjustments or add context before sharing with your team.
