Eva isn't joining meetings as a notetaker
If Eva has stopped joining your meetings despite being properly set up, it might be due to an issue with the integration. Reconnecting Eva as a notetaker can resolve these issues.
Here’s how to reconnect:
Open Eva’s settings in the Marblism dashboard.
Scroll down to the "Meeting Notetaker" section.
Untick the meeting notetaker option.
Press "Save" and close the Settings tab
Wait a few seconds and then open the "Settings" tab again and re-enable the Notetaker option, then press "Save".
After you have followed the steps above, we recommend creating a test meeting in the near future and testing to see if Eva joins as a notetaker.
If she still does not join the meeting after these steps, please contact support.
Managing Notification Frequency from Eva
If Eva sends daily agenda and calendar summary emails multiple times a day, the issue might be caused by recurring or misconfigured tasks.
To resolve this:
Open the Marblism dashboard and navigate to the "Tasks" section.
Locate tasks related to "Daily Agenda" or "Daily Email Summary."
Delete upcoming recurring tasks by selecting the trash icon or modify the task details to adjust the timing or recurrence settings.
If you continue to receive multiple summary updates per day from Eva after the above steps, please contact support.
