Eva is here to take the stress out of your inbox and give you back up to 2 hours a day.


✨ What Eva Does (So You Don’t Have To)

Once Eva is onboarded, she quietly works in the background to help you stay on top of things. For every email you receive, she will:

  • Categorize it intelligently

  • Archive emails that are not important

  • Prepare a draft reply when needed

✅ Eva never sends emails by herself. She only drafts replies — you stay in control and hit send when you're ready.

When you open your inbox, everything’s neatly sorted — and the replies you need to send are already drafted. It’s like magic ✨.

🧠 How Eva Learns What You Like

You can personalize Eva through her Guidelines tab.

Here’s what you can customize:

💬 Your Tone of Voice

Ever wondered how you sound over email? Eva analyzes your last 100 emails and learns your natural tone.

You can tweak it too! For example:

“Always end my emails with ‘Cheers’.”

Eva will take that into account when drafting.

📬 Who to Reply To

Tell Eva when she should write a draft — and when to skip it.

You can let Eva auto-archive emails that don’t need your attention.

Examples:

  • “Archive all marketing emails”

  • “Archive meeting notifications”

  • “Archive bank payment notifications”

📅 Your Scheduling Preferences

Do you use a scheduling link? Want to avoid meetings on Wednesday afternoons?

Just tell Eva!

Examples:

  • “Never book meetings on Wednesday afternoons”

  • “Always use this Calendly link: calendly.com/you”

She’ll respect your preferences whenever she’s helping you with meeting coordination.

Once Eva is set up, the best thing you can do is… let her work.

She’s designed to run silently in the background — organizing, drafting, and saving your time without needing babysitting.

Open your inbox, and you’ll find:

  • Thoughtful drafts
