How do I log in to Marblism or reset my password?

Sign in with Google or your email, reset a forgotten password, and fix common sign-in errors.

You sign in to Marblism with Google, or with your email and password. This page covers signing in, resetting a forgotten password, the error messages you might see, and joining a workspace you were invited to.

  • On the web: go to ai.marblism.com and click Continue with Google, or type your email and password and click Log in.

  • In the mobile app: tap Login with Google, Login with Apple (iPhone) or sign in with your email and password. The app can't create an account: create yours on the web first, or the app says "Account Not Found".

Each email address has one Marblism account. If you signed up with a password and later click Continue with Google with the same address, you get the same account.

If you created your account with Google, it has no password. Keep using Continue with Google. To add a password, open My Account and click Set Password.

Forgot your password?

  • On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?, check your email address, then click Reset Password. In the app, tap Forgot password?, then Send Reset Link.

  • Open the link in the email. Type your new password twice (at least 8 characters) and click Reset Password. Then log in with it.

  • The link works once and lasts 24 hours. If you ask for another one, only the newest link works.

  • Resetting your password signs you out on every other device.

You always choose your password yourself, from the link. Our team never sets a password for you or sends you one by email.

If the reset email doesn't arrive

  • Check the address you typed. On the web, "No user registered with this email" means no account uses that address.

  • Look in your spam folder, then ask for a new link. Only the newest one works.

  • Still nothing? Ask us in the chat, and we'll send the reset email again.

Sign-in messages and what to do

  • "Email / password is incorrect" (in the app: "Invalid email or password"): check your password, or click Forgot password?.

  • "No user registered with this email": check the address, or sign up if you're new.

  • "Click on "Continue with Google" to log in with this email": your account was made with Google. Use that button.

  • "Link is invalid or expired": the reset link was already used, or you asked for a newer one. Use the newest email, or ask for a new link.

  • "Something went wrong - Try again later" after you choose a new password: the link is probably more than 24 hours old. Ask for a new one.

Change your password or email

  • Password: on the web, open My Account and click Change Password. In the app, open Settings and tap Change password. Changing it signs you out on your other devices.

  • Email: on the web, open My Account, click Edit Profile and change Email. The change applies right away, with no confirmation email: sign in with the new address next time. An account without a password has to set one first.

If you sign in with Google, keep your Marblism email the same as your Google address. Signing in with a different Google address creates a separate account.

Staying signed in

You stay signed in on a device for 30 days, then you sign in again. You can use the web and the app on several devices at once. Logging out (My Account, then Log out on the web, or Settings, then Log out in the app) only signs out that device.

Joining a workspace you were invited to

  • Open the link in the invitation email. It lasts 7 days.

  • New to Marblism? Create your account from that link, with the email the invitation was sent to. Already have an account? Sign in, then click Join in the banner at the top.

  • Use the invited email. With another address you get a separate account that never sees the invitation.

  • If the link says "Invalid Invitation", it expired or was already used. Ask the person who invited you to send it again.

One login can belong to several workspaces. Switch between them from the workspace menu.
