When connecting your account to a third-party app like Marblism, security protocols are required to authorize and maintain access. If your email disconnects, it’s typically due to one of the following reasons.
Have you seen this issue before?
Password change: Changing your password improves security, but it also revokes access for third-party apps like Marblism.
Email provider didn't renew the authorization token: Authorization tokens expire every 30–90 days. They usually renew automatically, but sometimes they don’t.
Too many active sessions: Email providers often limit how many active connections you can have at once. Opening your account across multiple devices, browsers, or apps can cause older sessions to be disconnected.
What to do:
Reconnect your inbox from your employee settings to restore access.
How to reconnect your account?
The are two ways to re-link your accounts.
You can simply click into Eva or Stan's settings and click on Reconnect or "Switch account" if you want to start using another inbox.
