When Should I Create a New Workspace? (Best Practices)

In Marblism you can separate your account into workspaces, and the best part is that you can create as many as you need at no extra cost. Each workspace gets its own set of AI agents, settings, language preferences, and team members.

Here's how to know when it's time to spin up a new one.

Create a new workspace if:

You have more than one business Each business deserves its own agents, brand voice, and settings. Mixing them in one workspace makes it harder for your agents to stay on-brand and represent each business accurately.

You want to manage more than one account on the same platform Whether it's two email inboxes (Eva or Stan), two Facebook pages, two Instagram accounts, or two LinkedIn profiles, each platform account needs its own workspace.

You want a separate phone line for Rachel Each Rachel requires her own workspace to operate an independent phone line. (Note: if you just want Rachel to be able to transfer calls to multiple people, that's configured within a single Rachel you don't need multiple workspaces for that.)

You want to separate personal from professional If you use Marblism for both your business and personal projects, keeping them in separate workspaces keeps things clean and focused.

You want different departments to have their own space Different teams with different workflows, tones, and contacts will perform better with dedicated workspaces tailored to their needs.

Best practices for managing multiple workspaces

  • Name them clearly: use names that make it immediately obvious which business or team each workspace belongs to

  • Use a different profile picture for each one: this makes switching between them fast and mistake-proof

  • Set the language independently: each workspace can be configured in a different language, which is especially useful if you operate in multiple markets

  • Add team members through the Team section: you can invite people to specific workspaces and choose which agents they'll have access to, and whether they'll share your agents or have their own
