How do I update Rachel's greetings?

There are two ways to update the greeting Rachel uses when answering calls:

The easiest way is to simply tell Rachel in the chat what you'd like her to say. For example: "Please change the greeting to: Hey! You are calling [business name]. How can I assist you today?" She'll confirm the update right away.

If you prefer to do it yourself, go to:

Settings → Instructions → First greeting (What should I say when picking up the phone?)

Type in exactly what you'd like Rachel to say and save. That's it!
