How do I reactivate an agent that's stuck on a break?

Is your AI taking a short break and there is no "Resume Agent" button? Take a look at this!

Occasionally, an AI agent may become inactive and display a message indicating it has taken a “short break.” This typically happens if the agent hasn’t interacted with you for a while, or hasn’t been used yet.

Quick Ways to Reactivate Your Agent

In most cases, you can easily bring your agent back online using one of the following options:

  • Resume from the message: Click the “Resume Agent” button directly within the agent’s message.

  • Resume from the chat menu: Open the chat, click the three dots in the upper-right corner, and select “Resume AI Employee.”
