You can cancel anytime. Your AI team keeps working until the end of the billing period you've already paid for. Only the workspace owner can cancel.
How to cancel
Click My Account at the bottom of the left menu, then Usage and billing.
On the Usage this period card, click the … menu and choose Cancel subscription.
Before you go, you can ask our team for help or take an offer to stay. To cancel anyway, choose I still want to cancel at each step, then confirm on the secure billing page that opens.
On an older (legacy) plan, go to My Account and click Cancel in the Subscription section.
What happens next
Until the period ends: everything keeps working as usual.
Changed your mind? Click Re-activate on the billing page before the period ends.
When it ends: your AI team stops working and shows as taking a short break.
