How does the Company section works?

The Company section in Marblism is where you manage all the core details about your workspace. The information you add here helps your AI Employees work more accurately, stay on-brand, and represent your business properly in every interaction.

Where to find the Company section?

  1. Log in to your Marblism account.

  2. On the top left-hand side of your dashboard, click your Company.

  3. This will open the Company Settings page.

What can you do in the Company Section?

1. Update Company Logo

Upload or replace your logo so your AI Employees can use it in branded outputs where applicable.


2. Change Company name / Rename Workspace

The Name field is also your workspace name. To rename:

  • Click inside the field, update the text, and save changes.

  • This only affects the selected workspace, if you have multiple, repeat the process for each.


3. Industry

Select your industry from the dropdown.This helps AI Employees tailor language, examples, and suggestions to match your sector.


4. Website

Enter your business website so your AI can reference it for product, service, and contact information.


5. Language

Set the primary language your AI Employees should use when interacting with customers.


6. Tone of voice

Choose how you want your AI Employees to sound, e.g., Friendly, Professional, Playful. This ensures consistent brand communication.


7. Brand color

Select your brand’s main colour. This is useful for AI-generated designs, templates, and visual assets.


8. Description

Write a brief description of your company. This helps your AI Employees understand your business model, products, and services.


9. Target customers

Define your ideal customer profile so your AI knows who it’s talking to and can adjust tone and responses accordingly.


10. Delete Workspace

If you no longer need a workspace, you can delete it from the Company Settings page.

  • Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Delete Workspace.

  • Confirm when prompted.
    ⚠️ Note: This action is permanent and will remove all data, AI agents, and settings from that workspace.

💡 Pro Tip: Keeping your company section up to date ensures that all your AI Employees stay on-brand, on-message, and relevant to your audience.
