Knowledge is a powerful feature that lets you share helpful documents, notes, or instructions with your AI Employees.
You can:
Paste in how-to guides
Copy text from important documents
Write reminders or explanations
Think of it like a shared notebook β your AI Employees can read from it whenever they need to do their work better.
π‘ Why Use It?
Sometimes your AI Employees donβt know exactly what you expect β especially when a task has special rules, context, or background.
With Knowledge, you only have to explain things once. After that, your AI Employee can refer back to it any time β no need to repeat yourself!
π How to Use It
Go to the Knowledge tab
Click "New content" to start
Give it a clear, descriptive title
Write or paste your text in the content box
Click Publish to make it available to your AI Employees
β¨ If you update the content later, donβt forget to Publish again so they get the latest version.
π Visibility: Who Sees What?
Each piece of Knowledge can be shared with specific AI Employees only β so the right info goes to the right role.
For example:
