To help him find the best leads for your business, you’ll want to set up smart search filters. These filters tell Stan exactly who to look for each day in his 700M+ lead database.

Here’s how to choose the right filters and get the most out of Stan’s daily lead sourcing:


🧭 Step 1: Define Your Ideal Customer

Start by thinking about who you want to sell to. Ask yourself:

  • What type of businesses do I target? (e.g. SaaS, eCommerce, agencies)

  • What roles are involved in the buying decision? (e.g. CEOs, CMOs, HR managers)

  • Where are they located?

  • What company size or revenue bracket fits my product?

The more specific you are, the better Stan can focus.


🛠️ Step 2: Set Your Filters in “AI Search Filters”

Click on Stan > Leads and then click on “AI Search Filters”. This is where you can customize Stan’s lead criteria.

Here are the filters you can tune:

  • Industry – Pick the sectors where your ideal customers work

  • Job Titles – Enter the job titles of the people you want to reach (e.g. “Marketing Manager”, “Founder”).
    Stan looks for exact matches within the job title — so if you enter “Founder”, he will match leads with titles like “Founder”, “Co-Founder”, or “Founder & CEO”.

    👉 Just make sure to type partial words, and Stan will match any title that includes your entry.

  • Location – Target specific countries, regions, or cities

  • Company Size – Use employee count or revenue range

  • Keywords – Add SHORT keyword that match company descriptions (e.g. “AI” “HR”, "Music", "events")

Stan will start sourcing new leads daily based on your updated preferences.
