If you’ve ever asked Stan to shoot over a quick email via chat, you’ve likely run into a frustrating roadblock. Stan immediately bounces back with a polite but firm error message, claiming a "connection issue" is preventing him from delivering your message.
Naturally, you assume there is a technical glitch, a broken API, or a server outage. But here is the twist: there is absolutely nothing wrong with the system.
The Reality Behind the "Error"
The truth is that Stan’s inability to send emails isn't a technical failure at all—it's a scheduling constraint.
Stan operates under a predetermined set of working hours. When you ask him to send an email outside of this designated window, his system is programmed to decline the request.
To stop him from saying there's an error you may find useful to clear the employee's conversation so he forgets he ever had a connection issue!

You can simply click into Eva or Stan's settings and click on Reconnect or "Switch account" if you want to start using another inbox.
