How Do I Get Human Support vs. the Marble Bot?

The Marble Bot is available 24/7, any time of day, any day of the week, and his responses are almost instant. He's trained on our help content and can answer most common questions about setup, features, and troubleshooting right away.

Human Support

If your situation is more complex, or you'd simply prefer a human to take a look, just ask the Marble Bot to connect you with a team member. He'll redirect your conversation to a real person.

Human team availability:

  • Days: Monday to Friday

  • Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST

  • Response time: Usually 15 - 20 minutes (may be longer during busy periods)

We genuinely appreciate your patience with the human team, every case gets proper attention, which takes a little more time than automated responses.

Tip: The more detail you give when you start a conversation, what you were trying to do, what happened, and which agent was involved, the faster the team can help you, whether that's the MarbleBot or a human.

Once a conversation is closed, if you have more questions, you can start a fresh new conversation to get a quicker response. Responding to old conversations won't trigger the Marble Bot response and you may need to wait longer.
