Sometimes, your AI agent may be temporarily deactivated for 24 hours if they reach our fair usage limit. This ensures performance remains fast and reliable for everyone. After 24 hours, the agent will automatically reactivate.

Step 1: Check Your Agent’s Usage

  1. Go to your Marblism dashboard.

  2. In the bottom left corner, you’ll see your total hours saved this month.

  3. Click on this metric to open a detailed breakdown of each AI agent’s activity.

  4. Look for agents with unusually high usage, these are the ones most likely to have reached the limit.

Example:

  • Eva has processed over 500 emails in a short period.

  • Sonny has created far more social posts than usual.

  • The hours saved metric next to each agent shows how much workload they’ve handled.

Step 2: Move Heavy Agents to a Separate Workspace

If you have heavy agents(like processing hundreds of emails or posting large amounts of content), we recommend placing them in separate workspaces.

This helps by:

  • Keeping your main workspace active for everyday work

  • Preventing heavy agents from using up the limit for your other agents

Step 3: Create a New Workspace (Free)

  1. Log in to your Marblism dashboard.

  2. Click your profile icon and select Create New Workspace.

  3. Name your workspace (e.g., “Heavy Processing” or “Data Tasks”).

  4. Add your heavy-use AI agent(s) to that workspace.

Step 4: Wait for Automatic Reactivation

Once an agent hits the usage limit, they’ll be back automatically after 24 hours. You don’t need to manually reactivate them.
