Why it might be hidden
If Rachel is paused, or your workspace has used up its monthly capacity, Rachel is temporarily inactive — and the General Instructions section is hidden until she's back.
How to get it back
If Rachel is paused, resume her from the chat header.
If you've used your monthly capacity, it refreshes at the start of your next cycle — or you can add capacity anytime. See Marblism pricing plans & billing cadence.
